Standard shipping is via United States Post Office (USPS) & FedEx Ground. Domestic expedited is available on domestic orders within the 48 continental United States at an additional cost. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of order prior to shipment. All standard orders with complimentary (free) shipping are fulfilled within 2-4 business days.

Shipping times are in addition to this 2-4 business day fulfillment time. All orders placed on the weekend/holiday will not begin to be fulfilled until the next business day.

 


Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

We ship worldwide to all countries.

Re-routing/Redirect

Regrettably, couriers are only able to ship to the address submitted at the time the order was placed, and cannot redirect or reroute the package to an alternate address.

P.O. Boxes/Military Personnel

All Fair & Flawless and Skin Soho orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/EPO will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. 

Fraudulent Orders

www.fairandflawlessskin.com reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When we receive an order we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the issuing bank of the cardholder. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will immediately place the order on hold, while our Risk Department take necessary steps to determine if the information was provided in error.

Mail Orders

All Fair & Flawless and Skin Soho orders (domestic and international) can be sent to us by regular mail. Click on the following link to download our Mail Order Form. If you do not wish to use a major credit card or bankcard, or would prefer to make your order with a check or money order, please make your payment payable to “Au'bede Distribution, Inc”. Please send us an email at sales@fairandflawlessskin.com to obtain an estimate of shipping & handling charges to be included with your payment. Please DO NOT send CASH. Mail your payment and Order Form to: Au'bede Distribution, Inc., 163 Voice Rd, Carle Place New York 11514 U.S.A.; Attn: Order Department.

 

International orders

We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and may take 5-7 business days for shipping times, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for exact charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for

  1. The duties/taxes incurred at the border of the respective country
  2. All shipping & handling charges incurred by Au’bede
  3. All bank processing/transaction fees incurred by Au’bede.
In the event of a return/cancellation, these amounts will be deducted from the amount refunded. All international packages are shipped with signature required on delivery. 

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within the State of New York. Application of sales tax may be subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange your Fair & Flawless and Skin Soho products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Fair & Flawless or Skin Soho products, you may return them within 14 days from the date you receive your package, subject to the following conditions:

  1. All un-opened Fair & Flawless and Skin Soho product(s) may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging with the original sales receipt. Au'bede does not send “call-tags” for merchandise returned. All shipping charges incurred to return the merchandise to Au’bede are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Any product(s) that come in contact with the skin cannot be resold. To protect your safety, We never resell or restock returned, opened, or used merchandise. Customer safety is our number one priority. Opened and/or used product(s) will be refunded less shipping & handling charges, and a 35% restocking fee.
  3. All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
  4. A Return Authorization Number (hereinafter “RAN”) is required before returning any item for any reason. You must contact our Customer Service Department for a RAN. Returns submitted without a RAN will be refused. A RAN is required for each item returned. All returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RAN. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. All returns must be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please keep you’re tracking number. You will need it to confirm receipt of your return. (In special cases, Customer Service may require a specific carrier. Please use the specific carrier when advised to do so). Carle Place, New York, 11514, U.S.A.; Attn: Returns Department. 

Delivery Refusal

We are not responsible for orders where the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. A refund will not be issued for delivery refusals.
If any package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will not be refunded for

  1. All shipping & handling charges incurred by Au’bede
  2. All bank processing/transaction fees incurred by Au’bede.

Cancellation

Should you place an order on our websitewww.fairandflawlessskin.com and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made within 1 hour of completing your order in writing by sending an email to sales@fairandflwlessskin.com.

A cancellation fee of $35 will apply.
